About The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, your role involves handling both front-end and back-end development
tasks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complete platforms that
include databases or servers. Your work will contribute to the entire software development life
cycle, from the initial concept to the final deployment. Working within a cross-functional team,
you will collaborate closely with the Director and manage both the client-side and server-side
aspects of the project to ensure consistent functionality and performance. Communication and
coordination with the design team members will be crucial, as you will gather their insightful
ideas and incorporate them into the development process. In addition, you possess an eye for
design and can work effectively with various website layouts. You should be proficient in using
modern frameworks and keep up with the latest versions and updates to stay current with
industry best practices and technologies.
Responsibilities
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues i.e., troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write effective APIs.
• Create security and data protection settings.
• Write technical documentation.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
