Job Description
We are currently looking for a software development tech lead. In this role you will lead other engineers, and collaborate with designers, education specialists and business teams to design, architect and build new features in our learning platform for students. In addition, you will regularly interact with customers/users to understand and resolve their problems in using the existing feature set, as well as build new features to support their evolving needs. You can pick up new technologies quickly, effectively lead and inspire a team of engineers, and rapidly adapt to changing business, customer, and technology demands. The ideal candidate will have a passion and eagerness to build solutions to real problems using cutting edge next gen technologies in the field of AI, cloud and mobile. The ideal candidate will know how to manage customer expectations, communicate effectively, navigate through uncertainties, prioritize work for the team, manage technical/operational/logistical challenges, and team dynamics, to continue to make rapid progress through innovative solutions to problems.
