Full Stack Developer
We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
· You will have to collaborate with Product Management and Implementation teams and build a commercially successful product
· Management of projects with Node.js, React, Angular, Web development, AWS, and Full stack.
· Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
· Manage multiple projects, coordinate dependencies, and interact with other internal teams.
· Working with the development team members to ensure on-time delivery, application quality and resolution of tasks.
· Maintaining consistency of development process across all projects.
· Managing project progress and meeting deliverydeadlines.
· Enforcing best practices to ensure a consistent and quality effort by all team members.
· Hands-on management of onshore and offshore team members.
· Contributions to New Product Development.
Requirements
· Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of experience in Software Development in a software product company.
· Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
· Required deep technical knowledge in SoftwareProduct Engineering using JavaScript, Node.js, React.js or Angular or vue.js
· Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
· Has experience in Multiple Project Management or has served as a Technical Lead in a software development company
· Should be comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently and initiating communication with other departments for follow up information
· High technical credibility - ability to audit technical decisions and push for the best solution to a problem.
· A track record of setting and achieving high standards
· Excellent team building, mentoring and coaching skills are highly required.
