Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + React)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with frontend development experience using React.js. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs
Develop responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
Work with MySQL database for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack
Contribute to system architecture and design discussions
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development
Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices architecture preferred)
Experience working with MySQL (schema design, complex queries, indexing)
Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development practices
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with TypeScript
Understanding of RESTful services and API integration
Familiarity with version control tools like Git
Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Good to Have Skills
Experience with AWS Serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud-native application development
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerization tools like Docker (optional)
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in an agile environment
Self-motivated and quick learner
