Core Responsibilities & Impact: You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of development, ensuring code quality and application performance:
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the complete MERN stack.
• Code Quality: Write reusable, testable, and efficient code, following established best practices and participating actively in code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (front-end, back-end, design, and stakeholders) to deliver functional and visually appealing applications.
• Database Management: Collaborate with the team on schema design and optimize queries within MongoDB.
• Integration: Implement user-facing features and integrate external services, third-party APIs, and libraries seamlessly.
• Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in the production environment.
Required Technical Skills: We are looking for hands-on, practical skills in the following areas:
• MERN Core: Proven experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, including strong knowledge of state management tools like Redux.
• Web Fundamentals: Expert command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• APIs & Backend: Familiarity with creating and managing RESTful APIs, web services, and server-side programming using Node.js.
• Version Control: Strong understanding and practical experience with Git (version control systems).
• Plus Points (Highly Preferred): Knowledge of containerization (like Docker) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
