The role will contribute in the following ways: Contribute to continuous innovation by helping build new product capabilities Help create algorithms & automations for various use cases in recruiting Strengthen and scale backend engines for as search, analytics, reporting, caching, etc Improve performance & user experience of backend and front end systems Optimise design & code for performance & scalability Write reusable & maintainable code Work closely with Product Manager & rest of the tech team Respond quickly to customer service issues Hands on with deployment & AWS Be available for live issues and contribute to maintaining application uptime
