This is a hybrid role at our South Delhi office (but you must be based in Delhi NCR or be willing to move here). Responsibilities You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the product by bridging architecture, design, and implementation processes. You will work cross-functionally with Product to understand customer problems, launch platform features, and iterate quickly. You will help develop the best technical design and approach for new product development.
Qualifications :
• You must have 2-3 years of Fullstack Software Experience and have built/managed complex web applications with Python, Django/Flask, React JS, MariaDB. Strong proficiency with Python and Python-based frameworks (Django/Flask).
• Experience working with Javascript and React JS (If not much experience, the candidate should be willing to learn and take it up).
• Hands on knowledge of Relational databases(MySQL, etc) and Non Relational databases(MongoDB, etc). Hands-on code versioning tools, such as Git, Redis, AWS, Sockets. Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking.
• Being result-oriented with a high level of ownership is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Full-Stack Developer 3 Bonus points if you have: Previously gained Software experience at B2B E-commerce/Supply Chain/Logistics tech companies or startups.
