Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain high-quality software products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Cloud Software design and development, coding standards, OOPS concepts, and REST API development. In addition, the candidate should have experience in remote team handling, be familiar with agile methodologies, and able to perform software testing and SOW.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Elixir/Python, Javascript, ReactJS, VueJS, PostgreSQL, CrateDB, Git, Docker, and other relevant technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external 3rd party to identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using coding standards and best practices
Maintain and improve continuous integration and deployment pipeline
Ensure software reliability, availability, and scalability by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing performance metrics
Troubleshoot and debug production issues
Handle a remote team of 3-5 personals, including task assignment, progress tracking, and team management
Use Agile methodologies to plan and manage development sprints, including creating user stories, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
Create test cases to ensure software quality and user acceptance
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science and/or related field
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in cloud software development
Strong programming skills in Elixir/Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, VueJS
Strong understanding of database technologies (relation and time-series), data management, and schema design
Experience with Git, Docker, Cloud Management (AWS/DigitalOcean), and CI/CD using GitHub Action
Strong understanding of OOPS concept and REST API development
Experience with software testing tools (Selenium, SmartBear, Postman), test case development, debugging, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of web servers (Apache, Nginx), caching (redis, elasticssearch), performance and application monitoring (new relic) and load balancer (HAProxy) and messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including creating user stories, sprint planning, and sprint reviews
Experience in remote team handling, including task assignment, progress tracking, and team management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
