We are seeking a self-driven Full-Stack Developer who can independently manage client relationships and oversee entire projects from conception to delivery. As a key member of our team, you'll work alongside the founders to expand our capacity to take on new clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Translate non-technical client requirements into technical specifications and project plans.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with TypeScript.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client discussions to final delivery and support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop modular backend applications using the Nest.js framework.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Nice to have:
• Experience working with vector databases like Weaviate.
• Knowledge of LLM models such as OpenAI GPT or Anthropic's Claude.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles or project management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can take full ownership of projects, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions independently.
