Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive our mission of empowering businesses through technology. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Architect, code, and debug robust, secure, and scalable software solutions. • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. • Work closely with designers to implement user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing. • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer. • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). • Strong back-end development skills with expertise in .NET, Python, and Node.js. Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL databases). Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of RESTful API design and development. • Experience with third-party integrations is a plus. • Familiarity with indexing servers like Solr or Elasticsearch. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of software development best practices. • Knowledge of data security (at transit and at rest) best practices. • AWS, Azure, and GCP, including experience with deploying, scaling, and maintaining applications in the cloud. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with DevOps practices and tools. • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
