Full Stack Developer (Python & Flask)

Job Description
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on requirement discussions, design, coding and debugging
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams learn new languages as well as follow emerging technologies
• Taking lead on new initiatives, as needed
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
• Be an active member of a cross-functional product development team that frequently interfaces with business stakeholders
• Make decisions about code design, architecture, and refactoring to balance technical debt against delivering functionality
• Consistently deliver high quality features and functionality
• Review code and mentor other engineers
• Provide time estimates and participate in agile development and continuous delivery processes
• Review specifications and work with PMs and Designers to drive sprints
Qualifications
• Engineering degree B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc or any Equivalent Degree
• Good understanding of version control system Git.
• Desired experience range is 3 to 5 years’ experience full stack development
• Experience in a SaaS company is a must
• Experience with full stack architectures, working with RESTful API design and implementation
• Expertise in developing enterprise-level applications and RESTful APIs using MicroServices, with demonstrable production-scale experience
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) • Proficient in python, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
• Experience in flask, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds
• Ability to decide when to use relational vs NoSQL databases and must be experienced with at least one of the relational databases
• Experience in CI/CD and Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
