Job Title: Full Stack Developer -ReactJS, Python, React Native

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience. You will be required to both build and oversee the development of various aspects of our product and make sure it is being done with our target clients in mind. You will also be expected to mentor the existing team with a view towards shipping consistent, high-quality code.

Responsibilities:
• Owning specific aspects of the product; oversee the full cycle development.
• Writing clean and maintainable code
• Mentoring junior developers
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including other developers, designers, and project managers
• Understanding the requirement of the clients, and translating that onto the product
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Staying up to date with the latest buzz around construction technology, especially at the intersection of AI & construction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in building and scaling products
• Prior SaaS/startup experience would be preferable.
• Proficiency in new-age coding languages such as Python, ReactJS, React Native
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and a collaborative attitude
• Prior cloud native experience would be nice to have
