They will take on full delivery responsibility for clients, and internal projects within weeks of joining the team, and aim to create an impact every single day. • A good understanding of MERN stack especially NodeJS as you will be working primarily on the backend. A real interest in delivering quality and fully tested work. A good understanding of AWS and DevOps. An openness to learn, take on new ideas and grow as a person. A clear vision as to what they are and an idea of where they want to be.
