We are seeking a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The a developer should have a minimum of 1 years of experience and will be responsible for the design,
development, and implementation of web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) technology stack. Your primary focus will be on building efficient, scalable, and high-performance
applications that meet our clients' business requirements.
Duties/Task Description - the deliverables/results the contractor will be expected to achieve:
1. Designing and developing robust, secure, and scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
3. Translating user requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
4. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices.
5. Building reusable components and libraries for future use.
6. Integrating third-party APIs and services into web applications.
7. Troubleshooting and debugging application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability.
8. Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance of developed applications.
+. Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the MERN stack.
10. Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance and support as needed.
11. Collaborating with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless user experiences.
12. Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
13. Collaborating with the DevOps team to deploy applications and manage server configurations.
14. Maintaining documentation for code, design, and architecture.
Mandatory skills - the absolute minimum skill level required for the candidate to be considered:
1. Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind.
2. MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
3. Websocket, RabbitMQ, Redux-toolkit, Redis.
4. Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
5. Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
6. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
