Responsibilities
The IT Asset Management role will be on a dynamic team, supporting Team Submarine In-service Program Office

Team Submarine’s Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for: The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support of submarines, vendor support of submarines, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs
Organize and maintain electronic and physical document systems
Manage government issued laptops, phones, and other devices for personnel
Manage personnel electronic accounts with ACIO databases
Manage swipe access to relevant buildings/spaces for government employees and government contractors
Perform basic research and follow-up on IT assets with the ability to work with multiple data sources
Work in unison with multiple internal and external teams, including customers, cellular carriers, Tier 2 technicians, specialized reach-out/project teams
Do the troubleshooting and escalate as needed and ensure problem ownership
Provide reassurance to end users when delivering solutions and diagnosing issues

Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.
