We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to help us build AI-first web applications that are intelligent, intuitive, and high-performing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building modern, AI-enhanced user interfaces and be comfortable working across the stack to support full product development.
Tario (www.tario.ai) is on a mission to reinvent how sales happen—by putting AI in the driver’s seat of prospecting, engagement, and pipeline creation. Our agentic, AI-powered sales outreach platform functions like a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR), automating personalized, multi-channel engagement with precision and contextual awareness for enterprise sales teams. Design and implement robust, scalable web applications powered by AI systems
Build intuitive and dynamic UIs that translate complex automation into seamless user experiences
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and product managers to integrate intelligent features into the product
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs (RESTful), ensuring performance and scalability
Write clean, modular, and testable code across the stack
Contribute to system architecture and design decisions
Help shape and evolve our engineering culture and processes in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s , Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of experience in software development
Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or similar frameworks)
Experience with one or more backend languages/frameworks:
Node.js / Express
Python / FastAPI / Django
Java / Spring Boot
Go / Gin
Ability to design and build RESTful APIs and manage integration with frontend components
Familiarity with databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
Bonus: Exposure to AI-driven or ML-integrated products
