We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with experience in Magento 2 to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web applications. You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, and play a key role in driving the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Magento 2.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to gather and define project requirements.
Develop high-quality code and ensure its scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Implement best practices and coding standards to ensure the delivery of clean, efficient, and secure code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to improve overall code quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues that arise during the development process.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and share knowledge with the team.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
Collaborate with project managers to plan and estimate project timelines and resources.
Monitor and report on the progress of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Maintain documentation of technical specifications, processes, and procedures.
Continuously optimize web applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Contribute to the improvement of development workflows and processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in web development.
Extensive experience in Magento 2 development, including building custom modules, themes, and extensions.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong understanding of backend technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Knowledge of web security best practices and experience in implementing secure coding practices.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate and motivate a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements.
