Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Web Developer who will design, code, and handle the server-side of the web applications as well as the client-facing UX. When we mention UX, we are looking for a candidate who should be able to convert provided PSD or XD designs to HTML and implement the same in website through programming skills. And should be able to bring a design to life using CSS, and JavaScript. The candidate will be responsible to take ownership of the server-side logic and neat integration of the back end with the front end. The candidate should be able to develop and maintain functional and stable web applications as per the requirement. The candidate is expected to ensure the efficiency to deliver high-performing applications. The candidate will work closely with our growing marketing team to execute high-profile projects including the development and maintenance of the CMS, WordPress website, website optimization, user-facing and internal admin panel of WordPress, and other web-based applications. Experience: 3-4 year’s professional experience in PHP and WordPress.
Responsibilities :
• As a full-stack developer, the candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end phases of the software development lifecycle including technical research, requirements analysis, high level, and technical design, improving user experience, shaping the face of our new requirements, building internal tools, implementation of enhancements to the product, unit testing, debugging, and maintenance. Mandatory Skillset:
• Develop the entire lifecycle of the application/website.
• Development of user-friendly and customized Back end.
• Develop User-Friendly, responsive and cross-browser optimized Interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Design, development, and deployment of builds.
• Manage Servers and Server updates. (Added advantage)
• Manage DNS, SSL, and server management-related tasks. (Added advantage)
• Seamless Integration of Front-end with Back-end.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Writing reusable modules of code
• Analyse and troubleshoot applications
• Strong visualizing and conceptualizing skills
• Should be able to communicate ideas through images, the layout of websites and printed pages using a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.
• Should be able to brainstorm with team & provide creative direction
• Should be operationally sound and capable of handling projects from brief to release.
