Position: Part-Time Full Stack Developer (AI-Centric Product)
Full-Stack Engineer (Next.js + AI)
Location:
Remote — India (IST) Commitment Part-time, ~25 hrs/week
Fixed-scope contract with strong potential for full-time conversion
Compensation ₹ 75,000 per month
Experience Level: 3+ years professional software development
Core Stack: Next.js / React (TS), Node.js, Postgres / Supabase, OpenAI API, Lang Chain, Pinecone
Nice-to-Have: Electron.js for desktop apps
You will lead end-to-end feature delivery for a new AI-centric product, balancing polished, high-performance front-end work in Next.js with robust back-end services in Node.js and Postgres/Supabase . Expect to own system design decisions, integrate LLM workflows (Lang Chain + OpenAI), and implement vector-database powered RAG features.
Key Responsibilities
Product-Driven Development — Translate product requirements into elegant, scalable features across the stack.
Front-End Excellence — Craft responsive, high-performance UIs in Next.js (Type Script), optimizing for UX and accessibility.
Back-End Ownership — Build REST/Graph
QL APIs, data models, and business logic in Node.js with Postgres/Supabase.
AI & RAG Integration — Implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with Lang Chain and Pinecone; fine-tune prompts and embeddings for performance.
System Design & Dev Ops — Contribute to architecture decisions, performance tuning, and CI/CD workflows.
Collaboration & Communication — Work async-first with reasonable EST overlap; participate in code reviews and technical planning.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years building production software with modern JavaScript/Type Script .
Proven delivery experience with Next.js and React .
Strong back-end expertise in Node.js and relational databases ( Postgres/Supabase ).
Hands-on knowledge of vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone ) and LLM tooling ( Lang Chain , OpenAI API).
Solid grasp of full-stack system design , performance optimization, and clean code practices.
Bonus Points
Electron.js experience for cross-platform desktop applications.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, or cloud platforms (Vercel, AWS, GCP).
Previous work on AI/ML or data-heavy SaaS products.
