Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full-Stack Lead Developer at JCasp Technologies in Ahmedabad. The Lead Developer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of web and app development projects, from planning and design to implementation and testing. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge applications.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Development, Web Development, and Mobile Development
• Experience in AI and ML technologies
• Knowledge of SEO and SMO strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to mentor and lead a team
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Proficiency in JavaScript Technologies – React.js (Frontend) & Node.js (Backend)
✅ Experience in PHP Frameworks – Laravel or similar
✅ CMS Knowledge – WordPress or Drupal
✅ DevOps & Server Deployment – Basic knowledge of server setup, deployment, and CI/CD processes
✅ Strong Frontend & Backend Skills – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL
✅ Version Control – Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar tools
✅ Testing & Code Quality – Conduct component-level testing, debugging, and ensure scalable & secure applications
✅ SEO & Security Best Practices – Understanding of security standards in web development
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Vue.js or other frontend frameworks
• Knowledge of Django or Flask (Python)
• Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Firebase
• Strong problem-solving & leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & maintain applications using React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and WordPress
• Handle DevOps tasks like server setup, deployment, and CI/CD
• Mentor & manage interns/junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high coding standards
• Work closely with designers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure timely project completion
• Keep up with new technologies and best practices in full-stack development
