Minimum 1 years of experience as Tech lead or Team Lead. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, and No SQL & SQL databases. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including requirements collection, design, implementation, testing, and operational support. Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, decision making and influencing skills. Experience with scrum or other agile software development methodology. Experience in Using Jira/Trello/Asana. Good Problem-Solving skills. Attention to detail. if you have these below skills its a plus Experience working in the eCommerce, Healthcare, Education domain. Experience with AWS Services like Elastic Beanstalk Amplify, Serverless etc. Experience with GraphQL, NextJs, Firebase etc
