Job Description
• To lead the effort of conceptualizing, designing and implementing innovative tools and systems to maximize development efficiency
• To mentor other team members, and work closely with senior architects and developers, and become part of a network of entrepreneurs and advisors who have a track record of incubating, building, scaling – successful products and services.
• Take Ownership Responsibility, Handle team if required
Qualifications
• Strong in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Boot with at least 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Good analytical and debugging skills
• Good Design Skills (OOPs concepts, design patterns, re-usability, abstraction)
• Strong web application development knowledge
• Good experience using AngularJS/Angular. Experience with ReactJS would be a plus
• Good understanding of database and Transactions management
• Worked on at least 1-2 complete development projects
• Have RESTFul / SOAP Web Services development knowledge
• Have used at least one No-SQL database(Dynamo DB, Cassandra, MongoDB, any other)
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Aptitude for teamwork and ability to mentor juniors.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving organization and help the organization achieve objectives.
