Job Description
We specialise in building solutions for Waste Management Industry. We are looking for someone to join our Engineering Team. As a Full Stack Engineer, on any given day you might be architecting new features across our products, refactoring existing code to be more scalable, and seeing changes through to completion in a live environment.
Responsibilities
• Solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
• Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail.
• Proactively identify and proposes new, alternative technology in order to create scalable implementations and achieve results.
• Work collaboratively across the Technology and Product Team to ensure alignment towards business goals.
Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in an engineering role
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred
• Knowledge of modern programming languages such as: C#, C++, Perl, Java, Python, and javascript/jQuery
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Big Data, SQL, NOSQL, and various other technologies
• Experience with object-oriented programming, relational database technologies, distributed computing tech (Hadoop, spark), RESTful API, WebUI (HTML 5) and Modern JS frameworks
