Position Overview: As the Full Stack Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications. You will play a key role in driving project success, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of full-stack software applications. - Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their growth and development. - Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers and business analysts, to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Drive the development process, including task allocation, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Participate in hands-on development activities, taking ownership of complex modules or features as necessary. - Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and proactively address them to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates, gather feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment. - Collaborate with other team leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and deliverables. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in full-stack development, and recommend innovative solutions to improve development processes and productivity. - Provide regular performance feedback to team members, conduct performance evaluations, and assist in resolving any performance-related issues. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and skills development. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
