Finmed is on a mission to create the best financial services platform for small to medium sized healthcare providers. We are building products that are at the intersection of finance, technology, and healthcare and have a strong culture focused on ownership and transparency.
Finmed is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to develop and design innovative web applications that are built to scale.
You will be working on the platform’s online application, the client facing portal, and the backend admin portal. You will also be responsible for managing and building external API integration with Plaid, Docusign, Zoho etc.
and executing design documents that power the financial logic of the system. We seek engineers with a strong technical background, great execution skills, and a learning mentality.
Responsibilities :
• Understand the overall architecture of the web application and be comfortable with understanding and taking over the existing codebase.
• Maintain a high level of code quality and be responsible for the full software development lifecycle design, development, testing, and production.
• Improve and enhance the functionality of existing web applications.
• Uphold the best practices for software development and documentation ensuring that the software meets business requirements.
• Design web application with simple and well understood dependencies suitable for deployment in a CI / CD environment.
• Write clean, scalable code using the .NET programming languages.
• Implement and execute financial backend logic based on design documentation.
• Build, manage, and optimize the MySQL server responsible for the web applications data requirements.
• Build high performance web user interfaces with HTML, CSS using the Angular JS framework.
• Perform end to end unit testing of any code you develop.
Work Timings : US Shift 5 : 30pm - 1 : 30 am (IST)

• NET Core Framework

• C# and JavaScript (Node.js) on the backend
• MySQL (database)
• Azure Cloud (DevOps, CI / CD)
You are likely to succeed if you :
• Have experience building and designing scalable backend systems
• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Have 2+ years of experience as a full stack web developer
• Have experience with most if not all our tech stack and have used a similar tech stack in the past to build and deliver high quality software products
• Have familiarity with software engineering development lifecycle
• Have deployed web application and
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Plus if :
• You’ve built web applications in the Fintech industry
• You are curious and learn quickly
• You have Azure DevOps experience
