Senior Full Stack Engineer (Permanent Position) Location: Hybrid Model(UK Based) Start Date: ASAP About The Company: We are a leading developer of embodied intelligence for autonomous vehicles. We use AI to pioneer a next-generation approach to self-driving: AV2.0, which enables fleet operators to unlock the benefits of AV technology at scale. We were the first to deploy AVs on public roads with end-to-end deep learning. The Role: Implement onboard services to provide access to automotive systems : You’ll be developing and integrating services for communication with vehicle hardware and software. Building critical frontend UIs for vehicle operators, engineers and passengers : Design and create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the experience for vehicle operators and passengers. Ensure code adheres to safety, security, and performance requirements : You’ll be collaborating with security to ensure we’re following best practices to maintain high standards of safety, security, and performance. Collaborate with engineers, vehicle operators, and other stakeholders to design and iterate on tools : Work with a diverse team to create and improve tools that meet user needs. Ensure onboard services are well-tested, efficient, and observable : Implement testing and monitoring strategies to ensure reliability and efficiency. Provide support and collaborate on debugging efforts : Offer support and work with the team to debug and resolve issues quickly and effectively. About You: Essential Problem-solving : Ability to create simple solutions to complex problems with appropriate trade-offs. Frontend Development : Strong understanding of modern browser APIs, familiarity with frameworks such as React or Angular, and TypeScript. Backend Development : Comfortable working in Linux environments, proficient in Rust or C++. Collaboration : Eagerness to collaborate and share knowledge with your team. Networking : Practical understanding of browser networking and protocols. Desirable Robotics and Real-time Systems : Experience with robotic and real-time systems. Typed API Schemas : Familiarity with evolving strongly typed API schemas. Frontend Performance : Experience handling complex data access and rendering performance in frontend development. Deep understanding of React and architecting scalable applications. Educational Background : A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
