Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree; master's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in planning, designing and implementing of cloud-native applications and platforms
• Understanding and experience on deployment/debugging of cloud (either of AWS, GCP and Azure) based applications
• Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development and system engineering
• Demonstrated technical capability to develop applications using multiple stacks with deep expertise in at least one of the following backend stacks Spring Framework, Hibernate, Maven, Ant, Rails, Capistrano, Rspec, Cucumber, Python, Django, Fabric, SQLAlchemy, Celery
• Well acquainted with cutting edge front-end development frameworks like Javascript, Angular, Backbone and Javascript dialects like CoffeeScript, TypeScript CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation HTML5, CSS3 and front-end tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Yeoman
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design-driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
What You'll Do
You will work collaboratively in small teams and iteratively through design and development to deliver fully functioning web-based and mobile applications.
In this role, you will employ agile methodologies to quickly provide our consultants with the solutions they need. You will help combine the latest open source technologies together with traditional Enterprise software products.
You will be a core member of the team with responsibilities that range from driving the architecture design and technology decisions for shaping the next generation products for various internal teams to ensure that we stay on the leading edge of technology. You will also be responsible for leading multiple development teams while delivering the best in class enterprise-grade software solutions across a breadth of different platforms and technologies.
