Job Description: Full Stack Developer
We seek a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will develop and maintain our web applications' front-end and back-end components. In addition, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle Development: Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Front-End Development: Develop user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: Design and implement server-side logic using appropriate programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js) and frameworks.
• Database Management: Develop and maintain efficient database structures and queries, ensuring data integrity and optimization. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is desirable.
• API Development: Create and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of the APIs.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure software quality. Apply debugging techniques to resolve issues promptly.
• Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions: document code, architectural decisions, and development processes for future reference.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance optimization techniques to improve the speed and efficiency of web applications.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Continuously enhance your skills and share knowledge with team members.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of five(5) years of Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js, along with relevant frameworks.
• Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Solid knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
