We are backed by Expert Dojo( one of the leading US-based accelerators) and marquee Indian angels. We are growing rapidly and signing new customers ranging from medium-sized businesses to F&B chains.
About the Job
We are looking for engineers who have experience in full-stack development and who love to code. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player. You will be a developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. A few of your key skills should be as follows-
• Strong data structure and problem-solving skills
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot based backend
• Experience working with ReactJS or any other JS framework
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Experience in working with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of CICD processes
• Experience working in a startup is a plus
Qualification
• 2+ years of hands-on backend development experience in Java and Spring Boot
• 1+ years of front-end experience in ReactJs(preferred) or any other JS framework
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon, both in regards to estimates and to the general process.
• Ability to identify with the company goals and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
• English skills (ability to effectively communicate via written and spoken English).
• Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and overall code quality
