Learn more about us at Location-Noida Sector 125, Amity Campus,Block N Working-5 Days-WFO Job Description Full-Stack Engineering Manager Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of front-end and back-end engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise. • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company goals. • Drive technical excellence and best practices in development, including code quality, performance optimization, and scalability. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Oversee the planning, estimation, and execution of full-stack development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones. • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and identify areas for improvement. • Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks, providing innovative solutions and fostering a collaborative environment. • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. • Collaborate with other engineering managers and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, etc. ). • Proven experience in leading and managing front-end and backend engineering teams, including performance management, mentorship, and career development. • Deep understanding of architecture, design patterns, and best practices. • Strong knowledge of web development principles, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards. • Experience with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, etc. ). • Experience with backend technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express, etc. ). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture. • Proficient understanding of version control systems(Git) and code collaboration tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc. ). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Experience in Agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools. • Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community
