What skills a person should carry (Skills Must Have):
o Experience working with three or more Java frameworks like SpringBoot, Spring MVC, JSF, GWT (Google Web Toolkit), Struts (Later Versions), Play, Hibernate, Blade.
o Experience working with any of the Javascript framework like React, React Flux, NodeJS, Angular or Vue.Js.
o Having knowledge with atleast two Architectural Styles among MVC, Event Driven MVVM, Asynchronous Messaging, Microservices, Service Oriented, Shared Nothing.
o Having knowledge on NoSQL technologies like Cassandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch (ELK), HBase and Riak.
o Having knowledge on RDBMS technologies like MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSql.
o Experience with implementing and optimising designs on Messaging appliances like MQ, Active MQ, EMS, Kafka and Solace.
o Knowledge of implementing Event Driven or Orchestration based microservices along with development of web applications in a multi-tiered application using Apache Kafka, Confliuent Kafka, RESTful APIs and OAUTH 2.0.
o Experience in developing data pipeline through Kafka APIs, Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, Spring Kafka and Kafka-Spark API.
o Experience working on Cloud environments like Azure (Azure Blob, Azure SQL, Azure Datalake, Azure Data flow, Azure Event Hub, Azure Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, ), GCP (Google Cloud).
o Strong experience working with Spring Frameworks such as Spring MVC, JPA, Spring JDBC, IOC, AOP, HikariCP.
o Expertise with the usage of mid-tier caches: Redis, Riak, Memcache, EHCache, Hazelcast, Aerospike.
o Good at Android Development using Java, Android Studio, Android SDK, Kotlin.
o Expertise in SQL scripting and exposure in understanding stored procedures and involved in study of Database Design Process.
o Proficient in writing SQL queries, PL/SQL Procedures, Functions and Triggers and Cursors. Interaction with Hibernate framework (Spring ORM) and Non Relational DB like MongoDB.
o Experience working and deploying codebase on container based technologies like Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes.
o Have working knowledge of Load Balancing and Adaptive Routing across nodes (NGNIX).
o Basic understanding of TCP, UDP, HTTP, HTTP2, SSL.
o Understanding of asynchronous communication and non-blocking IO.
o Good knowledge of Design patterns and Data algorithms
