JOB TITLE: Lead Full Stack Engineer
EXPERIENCE: 5 + Years
LOCATION: Mumbai, Maharashtra 400012
COMPENSATION: 20 L PA
TIMINGS: Indian Shift Timings | (5 days WFO | Saturday WFH)
NOTICE PERIOD: 1 month
INTERVIEW ROUNDS: 2 -3

We're a Y Combinator aiming to disrupt the Commercial Real Estate transactions and data space in India. We have raised our seed round of $1.2M and are expanding rapidly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join us in our vision to create the largest Real Estate transaction marketplace of the country. Ideal candidate for us is someone who is driven, has an entrepreneurial mindset and has worked on Marketplaces previously.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead responsible for the development, testing and timely release of core products
• Track, review and optimize key product metrics
• Liaising with sales, marketing and design teams to understand business domain, requirements and problems in order to accordingly plan product features and releases.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Help team in technical challenges
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of experience creating web based products (Individually or in a team)
• Minimum 2 years experience managing a team of engineers and product folks
• Thorough understanding of React.js, javascript and its core principles
• Ability to write and review technical documentations
• Working knowledge of Python and related libraries
• Experience in Agile development process
• Good hands on experience with Analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA etc.)
• Preference given to candidates who have worked in Marketplace companies and understand Marketplace Dynamics
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Ideal candidate should have a strong sense of accountability
• Efficient time management and adhering to deadlines is important to us
• Good communication skills to work with other teams
