Job Summary:
As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining production-level applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js). You will work closely with the core team to understand product requirements and implement solutions that meet those requirements. You should have a deep understanding of the MERN stack and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and propose solutions
2. Design, develop, and maintain production-level applications using the MERN stack
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
4. Troubleshoot and debug applications
5. Work with other team members to integrate front-end and back-end components
6. Continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer
2. Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js
3. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
4. Experience with source control using Git
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
