Position: Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:
• Designing and developing web applications using front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React, and back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, and databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborating with product owners, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Creating and maintaining APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways, authentication providers, or social media platforms.
• Optimizing application performance, scalability, and security, including managing server infrastructure, monitoring and logging tools, and security protocols.
• Implementing best practices in software development, including version control, testing, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development, contributing to open-source communities, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Mentoring junior developers and contributing to knowledge-sharing and training programs to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of work experience in full-stack web development, with a strong proficiency in front-end technologies like React, and back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, and databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, including agile, Scrum, or Kanban, as well as best practices in software engineering, such as testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Immediate joiner or available to join within a short notice period
