Full Stack Engineer | Team Lead

Atreya Innovations is looking for technical team lead, with an emphasis in web and mobile application development. This role is responsible for helping define and manage the overall technical project operations and the successful delivery of product features.

You will be leading a team of engineers, who takes ownership in developing, innovating, and implementing Atreya’s development processes in the delivery of planned product features.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the team of frontend and backend engineers for timely and quality delivery of product features
• Work with development teams and product owners to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Create technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Requirements and Skills:

· Bachelors/Masters degree in computer science or related field

· 5+ years development experience with backend and front-end technologies such as PHP, javascripts, wordpress etc. Laravel experience preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in leading the team for product development

· Familiarity with relational database design, programming concepts, and best practices such as code efficiency, code optimization, object-oriented programming, and commenting.

· Experience with java script development frameworks including Node.js.

· Experience with AWS cloud platform and microservice architecture.

· Familiarity with Flutter mobile deployment platform.

· Experience with source control systems such as Git.

· Strong HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills.

· Ability to interface with other developers and clients to quickly evaluate and resolve issues.

· Familiarity with responsive design/development best practices.

· Familiarity with accessible web design & development practices.

· Disciplined self-starter able to be highly productive both working alone and in collaboration with a team.

· Ability to work within existing development standards as well as help define new processes, standards, and tools at the team level.

· Eager to identify, learn, and use new and changing technologies.

· Knowledge of web security best practices. Experience with HIPAA or GDPR is preferred
