We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
Develop (write), review and test product/system code
Technical acumen of the product including delivery of new features and operation of the production service
Understand the technical vision and roadmap for the product. Build and execute the strategy to reach the vision and deliver on roadmap
Contribute to design reviews with engineers and stakeholders to evaluate and confirm technology design decisions
Review code developed by other engineers and provided feedback to ensure the code is accurate, efficient, safe, tested and follows the organization & industry best practices.
Triage product issues (bugs, security, performance) by identifying the root causes and resolving them.
Collaborates across functional areas and PODs to define and ensure the services run uninterrupted.
Continuously evolve the agile and maturity to “Go faster, break less and Protect production”
Own and perform PIRs and improve process for team under oversight
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Expertise in technical area to manage the SRE capabilities and run tools like Jenkins, Jira, Nexus, GitHub etc.
Deeper understanding of infrastructure design, application functionalities.
Understanding and management of tech debt
Demonstrate the key skills for simplifying and automating the toil.
Mentoring others in team, becoming a person who is sought for assistance
Provide alternate solutions. Leading retrospectives at a team level
Broader knowledge of CICD capabilities and dependencies for build and deployments.
Possess good communication and leadership skills.
