Position: Full Stack Engineer (MERN, MEAN Stack)

Role Overview We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (MERN/MEAN Stack) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role where you will play a key role in building, enhancing, and optimizing our AI-powered clinical trial platform . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications , contributing to both the front-end and back-end development of our products.
You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop and maintain high-performance applications that integrate AI capabilities into clinical workflows.
Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development :
Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using MERN (Mongo
DB, Express.js, React, Node.js) or MEAN (Mongo
DB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stacks .
Front-End Development :
Create dynamic and responsive UI components using React.js or Angular with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript/Type Script .
Back-End Development :
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express.js , ensuring efficient data flow and security .
Database Management :
Work with Mongo
DB and other database solutions to structure and optimize data storage for real-time applications.
Cloud & Dev Ops :
Deploy and manage applications in AWS/Azure/GCP environments, utilizing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes .
Security & Compliance :
Ensure adherence to HIPAA/GDPR regulations for handling sensitive patient data.
Collaboration :
Work in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams , participating in sprints, stand-ups, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications Proven experience in full-stack web development using MERN or MEAN stack .
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Express.js .
Experience with CSS, SCSS, and responsive UI frameworks .
Hands-on experience in designing and working with RESTful APIs, Graph
QL, and Web Sockets .
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Dev Ops practices.
Strong understanding of database design and optimization (Mongo
DB, Postgre
SQL, or MySQL).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or clinical trials industry is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML-powered applications and working with AI teams.
Experience with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards .
Knowledge of serverless architectures and edge computing .
