The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Node.js, React, and Vue.js, combined with hands-on experience in conducting technical interviews, assessing candidates' coding abilities, and evaluating their problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in Node.js, React, and Vue.js.
• Evaluate candidates' coding skills through live coding sessions, problem-solving tasks, and discussion of real-world project scenarios.
• Develop and implement a structured evaluation process to ensure consistency and fairness in hiring decisions.
• Provide detailed feedback and reports on candidates’ technical abilities, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Full Stack development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical benchmarks.
Key Requirements
• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development, specifically in Node.js, React, and Vue.js.
• Proven experience in conducting technical interviews and assessments for mid to senior-level roles.
• Deep understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Expertise in building and deploying scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to ask insightful questions that test both technical skills and conceptual understanding.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in mentoring or leading development teams.
