Your Role

• Lead the development of web and mobile applications

• Manage a team of engineers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to project requirements

• Take ownership of the architecture and hands-on coding across the entire tech stack

• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders

• Establish development standards and mentor junior developers

Our Expectations

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with:

• Next.js, TypeScript, React Native, and Node.js

• Strong command over both front-end and back-end workflows

• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices

• Proven experience in leading dev teams

• Comfortable interacting with clients and managing projects

• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills

Bonus Points

• Experience with databases, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP), or DevOps is a plus
