Role: Python Developer
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 3 Days a week In-Office - Pune, India
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) and Angular. The ideal candidate will build scalable backend APIs, deliver responsive front-end interfaces, and deploy applications using Docker across AWS/Azure environments.
Role Responsibilities
• Develop backend APIs in Python; consume external APIs and store data in MongoDB.
• Design, build, and maintain Angular-based front-end applications.
• Configure and deploy applications using Docker/Docker Compose with Linux containers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Maintain existing applications and develop new features/enhancements.
• Collaborate with BAs and developers to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• Write unit tests (Pytest) and ensure code quality.
• Support cloud deployments using AWS EC2 and Azure App Services.
• Work with SQL Server/Azure SQL & MongoDB databases.
Technical Qualifications
• 8+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (front-end) and Python (backend).
• Experience with FastAPI, Pytest, Git/GitHub, Linux, Docker/Docker Compose.
• Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Experience with AWS EC2, Docker on Azure (App Services preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
• Bonus: Experience with PDF controls, insurance domain, or regulated industries.
General Qualifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC best practices.
