About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting high-quality, scalable, and user-centric applications with a keen eye for design and system architecture.
You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and will play a key role in building performant, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
• Write structured, reusable, and maintainable code and APIs.
• Collaborate with team lead and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Optimize performance and scalability across front-end and back-end services.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full-stack development.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills.
• Strong design sense and experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to build intuitive user interfaces.
• Proficient with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, and Git-based workflows.
