Build AI-Powered Tools for a Growing Law Firm
Reza Law is seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa. This is an immediate opening for a developer who enjoys building practical solutions, automating workflows, and working with modern AI tools.
In this role, you will help design and build internal software systems that power the firm’s legal operations, including client intake tools, case management enhancements, and automation solutions that improve efficiency across departments.
You will work directly with firm leadership and operations staff to identify technical challenges and develop scalable, real-world solutions using modern development tools and AI technologies.
This position is full-time and on-site in Costa Mesa.
Duties
Build and maintain internal web applications used by the legal and operations teams
Design and manage relational databases that support firm workflows
Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Python scripts and integration tools
Integrate AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT into legal and administrative workflows
Develop and improve internal dashboards and user interfaces
Write efficient SQL queries and manage database schemas
Create front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
Test, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability
Document systems, integrations, and development processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Strong experience with Python (automation, scripting, API integrations)
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and web development fundamentals
Familiarity with AI tools or large language models such as Claude or ChatGPT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CSS and responsive front-end design
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Familiarity with Git / GitHub version control
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
Exposure to legal technology or law firm environments
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
