Great communication & organization skills, and high degree of logical thinking
A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and excel with limited direction
An excellent work ethic and “get things done” attitude
A love for nutrition, wellness, and healthy living – extra points for being a smoothie person!
Prefer 1-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
Experience in UI development using flutter in Android, Windows / Linux desktop environment
Experience in frontend development using React / Vue development
Experience in SQL database such as NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL
Experience in Robotics prototyping tools such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino
Experience working in a cloud-based architecture such as AWS or Google Cloud
Extensive experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python
Prior entrepreneurial endeavors

Zenblen has created the world’s first robotic smoothie bar to revolutionize access to healthy, convenient food. With our first handful of automated robotic kiosks launched in Chicago and plans for many more this year, we are at a very exciting stage. Our world-class engineering team has designed an immensely successful product, and we are poised for exponential growth in 2026 and 2026, aiming to reach hundreds of potential locations in the city.
As a Software Engineer, You Will Work Hand-in-hand With Our Engineering Team, Designers, And World Class Advisors On Software Initiatives For The Next Generation Of Our Robotic Kiosk. Project Opportunities Include
• Coding out and iterating the professionally designed front-end
• Working on backend which will be collecting critical machine information
• Building operation dashboards with scaling in mind
• Building internal testing tools for kiosks
This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, venture backed startup and see the immediate tangible impact of your work. In this close-knit team environment, you will have ownership in valuable workstreams, while still receiving mentorship from our experienced engineering team. We will provide valuable mentorship in entrepreneurship, venture capital, and open a vast professional network in the Chicago area.

• Prefer 1-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline

• Experience in SQL database such as NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Experience in Robotics prototyping tools such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino
