About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global insurance company to build and manage a robust onboarding and management platform for sales partners.
We're seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to help design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and secure applications.
• Implement new features and improve existing functionalities based on business needs.
You will also participate in technical architecture discussions, contribute to design decisions, create detailed technical documentation, write unit tests, debug and resolve technical issues, integrate user-facing elements built by frontend developers, collaborate with DevOps teams, and troubleshoot and enhance Camunda-based workflows.
Skill & Qualifications :
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proven experience as a Backend or Full-stack Developer in enterprise environments, proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, Maven, PostgreSQL, GitHub, strong experience with Camunda BPM (v7 or v8), BPMN, DMN, and REST APIs, familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Sonar), and container orchestration (Kubernetes), experience with Mockito, IntelliJ IDEA, solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
