An active and professional couple based in Bronte are seeking an experienced, long-term nanny to care for their son and become a trusted and lasting part of his life. The parents co-lead a growing business and work demanding hours. Reliability, strong initiative, and genuine dedication to the child's well-being are essential.
As the family does not plan to enrol their son in day care until he is 3+, this nanny will be central to his early development. The family is looking for someone who sees this as a career, not just a job, and who wants to build a long-term relationship built on trust, consistency, and open communication.
