Key Result Areas
• The person will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing for the key accounts, like getting the brief and executing it with the help of the other client-facing teams, and will be responsible for doing upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain a regular visitation program with our client base with appropriate levels of focus on the various grades of clients within the allocated base.
• Will work closely with the internal teams
• Maintain all relevant details about our clients, including scheduled visits and copies of agreed plans and other tasks.
• The individual should be well-versed in loyalty programs and the touchpoints so that they can provide clients with the appropriate solutions based on the program.
Skill Set Required
• Must have 5 years of experience in client servicing & should be a part of the revenue generation.
• Should have a good working knowledge of Excel, such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and summarizing or merging the data from one Excel sheet to another to generate the report in Excel.
• Should have good experience in making and presenting presentations.
• Should have management 1 large account or 3-4 small accounts
• Should have experience in cross-selling/upselling to existing clients.
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Good to know API integration will be an added advantage.
