Expanding our services, we are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Superstar to join the team at our Emerald Practice!

The successful applicant must be very organized and have excellent computer/technology skills; Caring nature, but able to handle the occasional confrontation.



Previous administration and reception or Dental experience is preferred, but not required.





Basic day-to-day will be working at the Reception desk with:

Answering Phones
Greeting of Patients
Setting up payment plans
Maintaining up to date patient records
Assisting with payments and appointment bookings
Setup and close-down of common areas within clinic
Organisation and planning for General Anaesthetic lists


Additional tasks specific to you will include (but not limited to) :

Running maintenence schedules / tradies
Management of General Anaesthetic Bookings
Price checks and product inquiries for new purchases
Ensuring checklists are up to date and being run effectively
Liaising with payment plan companies and General Anaesthetic Team


All staff will require Compliance with strict Infection Control of Equipment and Procedure Rooms, and be prepared to become part of a fun, social team environment full of laughter, fun and new smiles!
