Full-Time Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Remote Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of administrative and team support experience and demonstrate a strong ability to stay organized, manage details with precision, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage client and team communications through phone and email
Create and track reminders and follow-ups to ensure timely action
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide general administrative support to the team
Organize and coordinate projects efficiently
Generate and monitor work orders for payroll processing
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Must have a quiet environment suitable for work during business hours
A proper home office setup (desk, chair, reliable internet etc.) is required
Availability Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
