• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using technology and familiarity with online platforms.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields preferred but not required.
