Amann Patisserie is a French-owned, pastry door nestled in Carlton North, VIC, specialising in small batch productions of pastries and baked goods.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Baker to join our team, responsible for dough and product prep, including lamination.
Main Tasks include:
- Dough preparation
- Lamination
- Preparation of fillings, custards, etc.
- Finishing off products for sale
Qualifications as a Baker / Pastry Cook are desirable and/or significant experience in this
